Project Engineer / Quantity Surveyor for Construction Building

Role & Requirements:

  • Possess recognized relevant certificates such as a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying in Construction
  • Possess BCSS or any other certs required by BCA for construction industry
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position in construction building, HIP and A&A work
  • Experienced and good in project planning and implementation
  • Experienced and have the knowledge in the tendering process and submission, from beginning planning, budgeting, tendering stage till completion stage
  • To prepare a clear development brief in respect of the Project’s quality, cost and time requirements and limitations
  • Advise on the procurement strategy and prepare project budget and tender documents (pre-contract & post contract administration and procedures)
  • Oversee various types of projects from start to completion, including attending meetings and all liaising and coordination work with all involved parties such as the owner/clients, architects, consultants, the authorities, subcontractors and suppliers etc
  • To enforce compliance of safety and quality standards, making correct and informed decisions and appropriately responding to the risks and changes of projects
  • Good construction management
  • Strong sense of responsibiity and a good team leader
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and time management
  • Local, PR or foreigner welcome (for foreigners, you must already be in Singapore)
  • Age 50 above for local or PR welcome too

General / Skilled Workers

Role & Requirements:

  • Possess BCSS / Work-At-Height Cert etc
  • Able to work long hours under the sun
  • Must be physically fit
  • Responsible, hardworking and willingness to learn
  • Experienced in construction building and/or renovation work
  • Skilled and experienced in any of the following skills:
    (with core trade or skill cert in any of the following an added advantage, not a must)
    Painting, Ceiling Work, Partition Dry Wall, Wall Plastering, Putty, Tiling, Welding
  • Local, PRs or foreigners welcome (for foreigners, you must already be in Singapore)

Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Role & Requirements:

  • To support and assist the Director, HR and Accounts as and when needed
  • Type quotations, to source for suppliers and sub-contractors, get quotes, purchase materials and to coordinate/liaise with site personnel or workers in the delivery/ collection/receiving of materials etc
  • To track, issue and submit progress claims, update and generate monthly progress claim report
  • Assist in hiring staff and foreign workers, must have the knowledge and experience in the process of hiring and usage of the MOM systems, knows the requirement from applying of work passes till the final stage of issuing of work passes etc
  • Minimum 3 years full time admin experience in tracking and doing progress claim & report, HR and purchasing in construction building/HIP industry
  • Responsible, independent, has initiative and committed
  • Computer savvy
  • Minimum 2 to 3 full working days per week, depending on the work load
  • Must have flexibility on the working days
  • Convertible from part-time contract basis to full-time basis, depending on work performance
  • Local and PR preferred
